A.J.K. (Krijn) Turkenburg is Assistant Professor in Organization Theory at the School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU). In his research, he focuses on processes of purpose-driven organizing and ways in which organizational actors, activities, and aims can affect social change. His interests particularly revolve around the moral reasoning that takes place in organizational contexts and how people develop societal significance and responsibilities in their organizing efforts. He holds an MSc in General Management from Rotterdam School of Management and is finalizing his PhD in Business-Society Management.
