Alessandro Zattoni is Professor of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Governance and the Head of the Department of Business and Management of LUISS University in Rome (2017-). He is currently an Advisory Board Member of CGIR (2019-), an Editorial Board Member of Journal of Management Studies (2012-) and a Consulting Editor of Journal of World Business (2019-).
