Joana Geraldi is Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School, Department of Organization. Joana is passionate about projects. She studies how they are shaped and organized in and between firms. Joana’s research interest includes paradoxes, temporality, uncertainty and decision making. Her empirical work focuses on project-based firms and industries, such as engineering, construction and pharmaceutical firms.
