Jochen Koch is Professor of Management and Organization and Principal Investigator at the Entrepreneurship Research Lab (ERLab) at the European University Viadrina, Germany. His research explores organizational and strategic processes, with a particular interest in how social practices of communication and creativity emerge and evolve. His work focuses especially on the ways in which these practices shape, project, or constrain collective action in the present and imaginaries of the future.
