Maryam Aldossari is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her research interests cover, amongst other topics, equality and workforce diversity, women’s employment, international assignment management, the psychological contract, and idiosyncratic deals (i-deals).
