Michael B. Heeley is a Professor of Engineering Practice in the Center for Entrepreneurship in the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation and technology management. His recent work focuses on understanding how firms develop and exploit technological innovations and evaluating the commercial potential of new water treatment technologies.
