Murray R. Barrick (mbarrick@mays.tamu.edu) is a University Distinguished Professor, is the James R. Whatley Chair in Business at the Mays Business School at Texas A & M University. He received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from The University of Akron. He has spent the last 30 years researching the impact of individual differences in behavior and personality on job performance, measuring and predicting such differences, executive team success, and the influence of applicant self-presentation tactics on the interviewer.
