Oana Branzei is Paul MacPherson Chair in Strategic Leadership and Professor of Strategy and Sustainability at the Ivey Business School, Western University. Dr. Branzei specializes in regenerative organizing. As head of her global Regeneration lab, Oana leads rapid-response research teams collaborating on purposeful, prosocial, biocircular, place-based and regenerative communities and bioeconomies on five continents. Her current research interests include climate futures, extreme events, and grand challenge innovation.
