Ruth V. Aguilera is the Distinguished Darla and Frederick Brodsky Trustee Professor in Global Business and Corporate governance at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Visiting Professor at ESADE Business School. Her research interests lie at the intersection of strategic organization and global strategy, specializing in international corporate governance and corporate social responsibility/sustainability.
