Sofiane Baba is Associate Professor of Strategic Management at the Business School of Université de Sherbrooke, Canada, where he also serves as Director of doctoral and postgraduate programs. His research is primarily phenomenon-driven, exploring strategic management and the interface between organizations, society, and institutions. He has published in leading journals on topics such as institutional change, sustainability and responsible management, social judgments, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master of Science in strategy and a PhD in management from HEC Montreal.
