Tamer Darwish is a Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM), and the Head of HRM Research Centre in the Business School, University of Gloucestershire. He is also an Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His research interests lie in the areas of strategic HRM, international and comparative HRM, and measurement of organisational performance, with a particular focus on emerging markets.
