Teddy DeWitt was an assistant professor of management at UMass Boston from 2019 to 2022, where he taught strategic management to undergraduate and graduate students and research methods to doctoral students. His research explored how the underlying task structure of jobs has changed over the past two decades and the effects that can have on employee transitions in the workplace. He now works as a computational social scientist and risk modeler at Interos, Inc.
