Dr. Yeongsu Anthony Kim is an Assistant Professor of Management at Western Kentucky University. He is interested in strategic human capital of corporate leaders, workplace diversity, organizational justice, and international business. He earned a PhD in management from UMass-Amherst with a concentration in strategic management. He also holds a master’s degree in strategy and international business from INSEAD, Seoul National University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Yonsei University.
